Worst clothes shop ever.

I have ordered 2 goods for $1.4k. What have I received for that money?
- terrible customer support.
- delay for 7 days (not even shipped already, canceled the order).
- a bunch of lies that my order will be shipped next day every time I have asked 'em when it should be shipped.

DON'T CHOSE NEIMANMARCUS if you're buying goods for a party or big date - you'll never receive it in time.

Worst shopping experience ever

2 day delivery, yet the order was not shipped after 4 days what a joke, customer service was not helpful, it takes freaking three days to even check the status of the order and that according to them is not guaranteed
definitely will 0 star it if I can

Decades long customer giving up

7 out of 7 orders this year arrived late and damaged. The items were thrown into boxes, no packing, and items broken. Last year, 120+ major household furniture pieces (none on sale -- and all required 9+ months of waiting after order) all arrived damaged beyond repair or use requiring exhaustive number of conference calls and follow-up emails with various department leaders to track down and eventually get refunded.

The logistics operations of the company are in a total state of disarray combined with terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service/return…

Terrible customer service/return policy. I've been a longtime Nordstrom customer but decided to purchase a dress, for the first time, from Neiman Marcus. I returned the dress just prior to the 30 days and they literally took the time to ship it back to me noting that it had "been in my possession beyond a reasonable time frame". Due to travel (to the wedding for which I'd purchased the dress... among others), I was unable to return sooner. The dress was never worn/tags remain. I'll not be shopping here again... far better choices out there.

Terrible

Ordered a pair of Versace sunglasses on Aug 31 for vacation and was told they would be available for pickup at the store on the same day. Then was told later that week. Then was told Sept 6, then Sept 8th. My order stayed in processing status. I cancelled my order today. I am so frustrated. Even has overnight delivery. I will never shop with them again. The customer service was horrible, each representative gave different information. I did not feel like a valued customer at all!

Moet & Chandon Neiman Marcus Vending Machine

Do not buy this machine, it broke 3 times in 10 months with minimal use, one time catching on fire. The worst thing is that Neiman Marcus Customer service, requests payment for service calls - while the machine is on warranty.

Fantasy Gifts: *******@neimanmarcus.com is avoiding calls, customer service managers are equally unimpressive in their offer to help. I am not stuck with fully paid liability.

If you really want this vending machine, get it from a no name vendor for 10th of a price. Check out Alibaba

You can't trust what they state on website

I made a purchase on Aug 24 with Shoprunner 2-day delivery. Item was in-stock and order confirmed. It's Aug 30 and I received email stating that order is going to arrive Sep 5! It was an anniversary gift! Too late Neiman Marcus - horrible web shopping experience.

Sale prices to attract customers and then cancel their order

I am posting your practice of offering products at sale prices and then cancelling the order on my social media. I called your Customer service and was promised a overnight shipment and then promised the item shall be shipped and then I receive the cancellation. I called Customer Service again and spoke with Rose and she politely said that the order is cancelled.

I have shopped for over $1700 products from your store but enough of being taken for a ride. I am returning back all your goods tomorrow.

I made a purchase of two Dr

I made a purchase of two Dr. Vranjes diffusers for $634.74 Both diffusers arrived from different stores with the needed sticks that the company provides you with the purchase (I got the whole thing in Italy and in the local store) Jorge from customer service sent me an apology and I received two emails with links to two different tracking numbers pretending that they were resolving this issue shipping me the missing parts I was shocked when checking the status of both shipments and noticed that Neiman Marcus has never shipped the missing parts I do not recommend shopping at Neiman Marcus and I will never shop at Neiman Marcus again

Worst department store ever

Worst department store ever. Bought a pair of shoes that did not fit. Sent them back within their restrictive time window. Package got hung up in the mail due to Fed Ex (it took a month for Fed Ex to ship this back to the store) and they would not accept the return and mailed the product back to me. If they had checked the tracking they would have realized that the problem with the return was on their end not mine. I then had to re-return the item after spending 45 minutes on the phone to have the return authorized by the supervisor. Why they have such a crazy return policy is unknown to me. Their customers spend a lot of money at their store. I will never shop here again.

The company was under unvestigation by 6 Attorney Generals for its databreach. Then it just lost customers identities again. It clearly has Problems securing its computers. It has had multiple cases of selling mis labeled clothing and had to setlle with The Federal Trade Commision... How can anyone trust them? The company also had headlines for poor treatment of its employees and class action lawsuits... Unlike any other merchant... They claim to be an upscale retailer so why is all this going on?
